Before you book: what to confirm
On site: table location, setup access, stage logo position and signage specifications.
Promotion: artwork placements, posting accounts, post formats and quantities, campaign dates and stage mentions.
Presenting: the “Presented by” credit, where it appears and the agreed exclusive brand category.
Audience: expected attendance is not yet confirmed. Artist-account posts are separate from the organizer promotion included above.
