Effective November 3, 2026

All Sponsorship Connection inquiry forms, including Roast Bowl, Skankfest, David Lucas, Miami and Cannabis LAB, save inquiries with Sponsorship Connection. The team reviews the inquiry and coordinates with the relevant property as needed. Links to external booking pages or direct email use those services. This website stores the details you submit so Sponsorship Connection can evaluate, manage and respond to your inquiry. Site measurement and Google Analytics are used only when you allow analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

Information you choose to send

If you contact Sponsorship Connection, your message may include your name, company, email address, website and information about brand objectives or a sponsorship opportunity. That information is used to review and respond to your inquiry and to evaluate a potential business relationship.

Relationship management

Repeat inquiries may be connected to the same business relationship using the email address provided. We may record relationship stage, meeting status, follow-up dates, notes and estimated opportunity value so the team can respond consistently and measure business outcomes. These internal records are not sold or used for advertising.

Site measurement

Campaign parameters in the current URL may accompany an inquiry you choose to submit. With analytics allowed, your browser also remembers the first landing page and campaign, plus the most recent campaign, between pages and visits until you clear site data or withdraw analytics consent. New inquiries are stored as separate briefs, linked by contact email for the team. Analytics event URLs exclude query strings. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page to change your choice. If you allow analytics, we record page views, selected link interactions, inquiry progress, page loading and interaction performance, and broad screen-size categories (mobile, tablet or desktop) to understand which content is useful, and Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and related technical information to report traffic sources, page use and conversions. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled.

Information to avoid

Do not send confidential, regulated or highly sensitive information through the inquiry form.

Hosting and security

This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and supporting infrastructure providers. Those providers may process basic request, device and security information and may use strictly necessary security technologies to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain reliability. Sponsorship Connection does not use that information for advertising.

Retention and choices

Inquiry records are retained only while reasonably useful for relationship management, legal or operational purposes. Analytics records are used for site and campaign evaluation. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing partnerships@sponsorshipconnection.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security or recordkeeping purposes.

Service providers

Website hosting, security and data storage are provided through OpenAI Sites and supporting infrastructure. Google provides optional site analytics and Google Workspace handles email and business correspondence. These providers process information according to their service terms and privacy practices.

Your privacy requests

You may ask what information is held about you, request a correction or request deletion. Include enough information to identify the relevant inquiry. Sponsorship Connection may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the site’s data practices change.
